BMW reveals new Z4 sDrive35is


Yes, BMW's naming system is complicated but that does not mean it's cars are complicated. For example, Bimmer just revealed it's Z4 sDrive35is, a model that came after the three other models revealed earlier this year. This one is the 2011 Z4 and we already have an idea what it is going to be about:
The car features BMW's powerful 3.0-liter twin-turbo straight-six engine producing 306 to 340 horsepower and torque is complemented with 450Nm or 332 lb-ft. An Overboost function briefly increasing engine is available, producing 50Nm or 37 lb-ft more torque to 500Nm or 369 lb-ft. Top speed is limited to 250km/h (155mph) while 100 km/h is reached in 4.7 seconds. The car si going to be revealed at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show and will go on sale in the Spring of the same year.
